Sixteen Cities Concert

We had the privilege of having the band Sixteen Cities play in our church last night. They are a new, up and coming Christian band from Portland, Oregon. They were awesome! The radio station K-Love has recently picked them up, so be listening for them on the radio or go buy their CD from your local Christian bookstore.

Their drummer, Chad, was one of Travis' first drum students. He gave him lessons when he was a 5th grader. His brother and sister were in our youth group and we still keep in touch with them and their family. It was fun to see him and to host some of the band members in our home. Travis was very interested to learn how the music industry works and what it's like to be on tour for several months at a time.
