Snow in March

You never know what kind of weather we'll get once it turns to spring. At the beginning of the week we were wearing shorts. At the end of the week we were in winter clothes again. Thursday evening our blizzard warning began and the meteorologists were predicting that we would get between 1-2 feet of snow. Friday morning we woke up to a thunderstorm and by the middle of the afternoon we were getting sleet mixed with snow. Our 1-2 feet only turned out to be about 4-5 inches, but it was still great for Addison to play in. She and Travis built a snowman and threw lots of snowballs at each other. She had a lot of fun! The sun came out Saturday afternoon and it quickly began melting. Today it's about 55 degrees outside so the snow won't be around for long. And once again we're looking forward to 70 degrees on Monday. The difference a day makes!
