A sick kid home from school, who I wished I had sent to school half way through the day.
Another kid so happy and wound up she was about to burst!
And me, a tired, impatient, anxious, trying to be sympathetic but failing, mom.
Today I am thankful for a new day.
Thankful that every day is not like yesterday.
Thankful that we are mostly all feeling better today.
And thankful that I can spend time with this little cutie every day!
