After 16 LONG hours in the car, we're home! We decided to drive home in one day and got home around 1:00 in the morning. We probably could've made it in 14 or 15 hours, but when you're traveling with a 3 year old and a pregnant woman it takes a little longer!! Addison did great in the car. She read lots of books, colored a lot of pictures, sang many songs and slept. She also enjoyed talking our ears off!
Now for the mess we have in the house. The car has been unloaded and everything piled in the living room. Road trips are always lots of fun, but it's not nearly as much fun putting everything away when you get home. I'd better go get started!

I'm not looking to the riding in the car or the unpacking part of our road trip! It is also no fun to come home to an empty house. Glad you had a good trip.
